Following sustained growth, we are seeking a talented, dynamic and experienced lawyer to:

           expand our team

           further strengthen our practice

           help us fully capitalize on our reputation among our clients for legal excellence and the provision of focussed, directional and commercially driven legal services


Your place in our team

Working primarily with the firm's partners and assisted by the firm's juniors, you will be working on:

           a range of complex advice matters suited to your specialist areas of expertise

           drafting, reviewing and negotiating of commercial agreements in relation to land use, infrastructure provision, and environmental outcomes

           day to day carriage of a range of litigious matters, primarily acting for consent authorities and regulators

           the opportunity to further develop your profile as a specialist solicitor-advocate

           a significant degree of autonomy commensurate with your proven ability and experience

           the opportunity to build significant client relationships with all of the firm's clients

Depending upon your individual interests and experience, you will also have the opportunity to demonstrate your specialist skills across the full range of the firm's matters.


Your background

You possess:

            at least 4-5 years proven experience, preferably in a top tier, specialist or government environment

            impressive knowledge and familiarity with planning and administrative law issues, probably backed up with post-graduate studies

            an absolute commitment to the provision of quality, client focused legal services

            a desire to consolidate and develop your industry profile

            the ability and desire to work collaboratively in a dynamic, co-operative and harmonious team
