Following sustained growth and the advent of new client opportunities, we are seeking a talented and dynamic lawyer to:

            further broaden our practice into the field of complex property transactions

            assist our partners in respect of complex property and commercial matters which arise in the course of the existing practice

            help us fully capitalize on our reputation among our clients for legal excellence and the provision of focussed, directional and commercially driven legal services


Your place in our team

Working primarily with the firm's partners, you will have:

            the opportunity to work on a variety of complex property matters, (transactional and advice work) including matters involving public land, land use infrastructure provision, and environmental issues

           an opportunity to experience a broad range of matters as part of a team with a government and planning law focus

•         significant degree of high level client contact and exposure

•         a platform for significant practice development


Your background

You possess:

            at least 6 years PAE, across a range of commercial and property matters(including transactional experience and advice work in respect of sale of land, leasing, easements, development agreements, and the like)

           a combination of commercial acumen and an impressive academic record

           an absolute commitment to the provision of quality, client focused legal services

           a desire to consolidate and develop your industry profile

           the ability and desire to work collaboratively in a dynamic, co-operative and harmonious team
