The Perils of the Copyright Act and Development Applications | 14 May 2020

The Copyright Act 1968 has been described as overly long, unnecessarily complex and often comically outdated. Added to that complexity in NSW are the requirements in the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009. This seminar will seek to break down that complexity and try to provide a clear path on how Councils should approach copyright issues.
