James King is a Senior Associate at Lindsay Taylor Lawyers and assists our partners and senior lawyers across all of our core legal service areas.

Prior to joining LTL, James worked at the Federal Court of Australia across a range of roles, including as a judge’s associate, gaining experience in a variety of federal litigation matters.

James has appeared in criminal prosecutions and civil proceedings in the New South Wales Supreme Court, Land and Environment Court and Local Court.

James has also provided advice to clients on a wide range of environment, planning and local government matters including development applications, negligence and liability issues, investigation and enforcement of breaches of environmental and planning laws and land contamination.
