Mark is a highly respected specialist planning, environment and property lawyer with an extensive and varied background acting for both private developers, private equity funds and local councils.
Mark joined Lindsay Taylor Lawyers after 12 years working in property and planning teams in two of Australia’s top tier law firms where he acted on a large range of matters from direct property acquisitions to multi-lot residential subdivisions and development appeals.
Mark is frequently consulted by landowners for complex property law advice and regularly advises on real property law issues in NSW. Mark also regularly advises on and drafts private law rights including easements, covenants and ancillary rights.
Mark has also acted for both private developers and local councils in relation to planning agreements and developer contributions and has drafted a number of planning agreements, works-in-kind agreements and variations to such agreements for local councils, other government clients and developers.
Mark regularly conducts a range of development (Class 1) appeals before commissioners and judges of the Land and Environment Court.
Mark was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2003.
