Naomi is an experienced and well regarded property lawyer with over 30 years’ post admission experience.
Naomi’s experience covers all areas of property law including property acquisitions, property disposals, off-the-plan, option deeds, strata title, community title, commercial leasing and retail leasing.
Naomi has acted for many developers advising them from the beginning of the transaction up to and including high volume settlements. In the process Naomi has advised on the structure and purchaser entity including where the landowner and the developer are separate parties and provided stamp duty and GST advice.
Naomi’s experience includes preparing tenders and drafting project planning and project documentation, contracts for specific projects, development agreements, strata management statements and by-laws and FIRB applications and conducting financier due diligence and coordinating launch days.
Naomi has extensive experience in leasing and has acted for landlords and tenants of commercial and retail premises.
Naomi has demonstrated her ability to adapt to an ever changing market and is highly regarded by her clients for her competency as a property lawyer and also for her strong communication skills. She strives to not only understand her client’s instructions but to have a solutions focus.
