Public consultation on new Developer Charges Guidelines
The Developer Charges Guidelines for Water Supply, Sewerage and Stormwater, 2012 – Consultation Draft have been prepared by the Urban Water branch of the NSW Office of Water for the purposes of s306(3) of the Water Management Act 2000 and s64 of the Local Government Act 1993.
The draft updates the Water Supply, Sewerage and Stormwater Developer Charges Guidelines, 2002 in accordance with the recommendations of the IPART Review Report.
Consultation
A consultation meeting will be held in Sydney on 19 October 2012. Any written comments must be provided to the Office of Water by 2 November 2012.
To attend the Consultation Meeting, participants must complete and submit the Registration Form.
