Section 149 Certificate fees to increase on 1 July 2011
A number of increases to existing fees will be implemented with the commencement of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Further Amendment Regulation 2010, which comes into effect on 1 July 2011.
From that date, councils can charge a fee for a s149(2) Certificate of $53.00 (up from $40.00) and a fee for a s149(5) certificate of $80.00 (up from $60.00). The combined certificate will cost $133.00 (up from $100.00).
