SEPP 65 Amendments and the new Apartment Design Guide Published
The NSW Government’s review of SEPP 65 has been completed. Amendments to SEPP 65 and a new Apartment Design Guide to replace the Residential Design Flat Code were published today.
The amendments and the new Guide will come into force on 17 July 2005.
We will be reviewing the key changes in a forthcoming post. In the interim, information relating to the changes is available on the Department’s website here.
Under the savings provisions, the amendments and the new Guide do not apply DA’s lodged prior to 19 June 2015.
