Nathan Sloan is an Associate with Lindsay Taylor Lawyers.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy) from the University of Western Australia and was admitted to practice in Western Australia in November 2020.
Nathan is assisting our partners and senior lawyer across all of our core legal service areas. He regularly appears in the Local Court at trial and in sentencing hearings in relation to regulatory prosecutions and has also appeared in the Land and Environment Court, the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal in freedom of information and privacy matters and the District Court on appeal.
Prior to joining the firm, Nathan worked for a private law firm in Perth which specialised in planning and local government law, with a focus on local government prosecutions. During his time in WA, Nathan regularly conducted trials in the Magistrates Court of WA and appeared in both the State Administrative Tribunal of WA in relation to planning and other administrative law matters and the Supreme Court of WA in single judge appeals
