Incorporated Legal Practice & our personnel

LTL recognises the importance of having a modern, transparent and accountable governance system, which is why we have recently restructured our firm to adopt a corporate structure.

As of 1 July 2020, Lindsay Taylor Lawyers is the registered business name of LTL Pty Ltd (ABN 78 607 889 887) which is an incorporated legal practice as permitted under the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW) and registered with the Law Society of NSW. An incorporated legal practice is a corporation for the purposes of the Corporations Act 2001. 

Within our practice, the titles of “Senior Partner” or ‘Partner’ are used by senior lawyers to denote their seniority and level of expertise. It does not and is not intended to signify that our practice is contracting otherwise than as a corporation. For the avoidance of doubt, any such title does not and is not intended to signify that a partnership within the definition of the Partnership Act exists at law.
