NSW’s leading specialist planning, environment & local government law firm
Our commitment to a quality service experience
At LTL we recognise that specialist expertise is only part of the service experience. We aim to meet the highest quality standards through providing clear, concise, practical and accurate legal advice.
We adhere to plain English communication. We aim to clearly outline for our clients the risks associated with a particular course of action to assist them in their decision making.
We ensure our services are provided in a cost-efficient and effective manner and that our costs are both realistic and transparent. We invoice all costs monthly in accordance with our cost agreements. We do not believe in surprises or charging hidden costs.
We work collaboratively with our clients, understanding their businesses and operating environments, and their specific objectives and desired outcomes in each case.
We are responsive to our clients’ instructions and comply with their time frames and other requirements.
We provide our clients with direct access to our specialist and highly experienced partners, special counsel and senior associates and ensure that both our services and business support systems meet the highest quality assurance standards.
We seek and welcome feedback from our clients to ensure that we can provide them with the best service experience.
We believe we can always be better.

Professional Standards Scheme & insurances
Liability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation.
Lindsay Taylor Lawyers participates in the Law Society of NSW run Limited Liability Scheme, approved under Professional Standards Legislation. Such schemes are established to limit the liability of members of occupational associations.
In line with the firm’s Professional Indemnity Insurance coverage which is above and beyond the statutory compulsory level, we have applied and received a higher maximum occupational liability for damages (monetary ceiling) than would otherwise apply under the scheme.
For the current financial year, the firm’s Professional Indemnity Insurance coverage stands at $20 million.
